Senior Python Developer

Our client operates within the dynamic Fintech domain and is in search of a Senior Python Developer to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Crafting and refining robust, scalable software solutions using Python alongside the Django framework.
Spearheading the design and implementation of data structures, APIs, and backend services vital to our SaaS ecosystem.
Harnessing the power of PostgreSQL and other database tech to efficiently manage, retrieve, and analyze data.
Leading technical dialogues, scrutinizing designs, and code, ensuring adherence to best practices and top-notch quality.
Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior colleagues, nurturing their professional growth.
Collaborating closely with product management, UX/UI specialists, and stakeholders to crystallize requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Deploying and overseeing application deployment on AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Skills needed:

Demonstrable track record in software development, with proficiency in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, coupled with a solid grasp of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with AWS offerings (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
Leadership acumen, with a knack for spearheading technical endeavors and mentoring junior team members.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, with prior exposure to agile development environments.
Bonus points for familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
