We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative to join one of our innovative clients—a rapidly expanding player in the food delivery and restaurant tech sector who is just coming into the Irish market. This is an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation in the hospitality space, helping connect restaurants and food service providers with cutting-edge technology solutions.

As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation across international markets, and nurturing meaningful relationships with potential partners. If you're passionate about sales, tech, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment—this could be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing new global markets and identifying potential partners in the food service industry
• Driving outbound lead generation and executing sales strategies
• Building strong relationships and presenting tailored tech solutions to prospective clients
• Becoming a subject matter expert on the client's products and industry trends
• Using CRM tools (like Zoho) to track progress and performance
• Representing the brand across digital platforms and at events, trade shows, and networking meetups
• Collaborating with the broader sales team to drive conversion and growth

What they are Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales or SDR role (ideally in e-commerce or SaaS)
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills—comfortable over phone, email, and in-person
• A natural problem solver with solid negotiation chops
• Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools and data-driven outreach
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Open to occasional international travel
