Project Manager

Location: Drogheda / Derry

My client is undergoing a business transformation to support future growth. This transformation involves implementing a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, to consolidate four existing business systems into a single platform.

They are looking for a Project Manager to join a transformative project that will define the future of the energy business. Lead the ERP Program, working closely with senior management to ensure the program's success. You'll help establish a foundation for future expansion across multiple businesses, collaborating with a dedicated and driven team as part of a major platform transformation

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall ERP program delivery, including internal teams and partners.
Maintain an effective progress reporting process to keep all stakeholders informed.
Make informed decisions at the project level and communicate them clearly across the program.
Ensure successful management of project scope, risks, and third-party deliverables.
Lead critical meetings, including the weekly PMO meeting and Steering Committee reporting.
Oversee testing and resource planning to ensure project readiness for launch.

Qualifications:

10+ years' experience in ERP program management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX.
Strong project leadership with at least 3 full life-cycle implementations under your belt.
Proven track record managing multi-million-pound projects and delivering complex solutions on time.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
