Contract IT Recruitment Resourcer
Stelfox, an award-winning Irish agency, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway, are looking for highly motivated individuals to drive the business forward on our high-performing IT contract team in Dublin. These are permanent positions.
We are looking to hire positive, ambitious, energetic and focused individuals who are going to drive the next wave of Stelfox success. For the right person the opportunity is second to none.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on an existing contracts desk within our established contract division. Our contract clients include a variety of blue-chip companies who hold a significant present in the Irish marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for contract positions across all Technology disciplines
- Manage an existing contract desk with a book of business
- Co-ordinate interviews during the contract hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage relocations (where applicable)
What You Need:
- Strong, positive, and energetic character
- Recruitment or some previous sales experience is highly desirable – open to Junior or Senior level Resourcers
- You must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales and target driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, via telephone, face-2-face and email
- Comfortable using Social Media Recruitment tools
- Capable organiser who can focus and deliver to a plan
- A passion or interest in technology is a strong advantage
