Technology Recruiter
Stelfox is hiring a Recruiter to extend our existing permanent function.
You will help deliver our services to a wide variety of exciting international and domestic businesses as they grow.
We are looking to hire positive, ambitious, energetic and focused individuals to join our multi-cultural, inclusive and regional team of skilled Recruiters
- You will be Solution-driven. You have a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and are proactive in driving solutions
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of the interview process and regularly provide feedback
- Own, manage and drive the full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- You're constantly looking for ways to improve, learn more and take on responsibility
- Develop a deep understanding of the roles and requirements within the Tech Industry
- Negotiate offers and manage relocations (where applicable)
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the perfect workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- 1 to 3 years of Technology recruitment experience is a must.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
- A high degree of emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and tactical empathy.

- You must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales and target driven environment
