My client are in search of a highly skilled System Test Engineer with expertise in automation. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire software development life cycle. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects from conception through deployment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies for innovative projects.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans using both automation and manual testing.
  • Triage integration issues, identify root causes, and escalate where necessary.
  • Track and align testing activities with stakeholders and provide insights to improve test coverage.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for software releases, ensuring quality and providing feedback from a customer's perspective.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 5-8 years of experience in embedded software testing in industries like automotive, data center, or cloud services.
  • Proficiency in Linux, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Behave) and tools like Vector CANoe, VehicleSpy, or similar.
  • Ability to write and modify Python scripts to enhance test coverage.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Jenkins, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in cloud-controlled embedded products and automation certification standards is a plus.
