Senior Project Manager
Stelfox is partnering with an indigenous Irish Software provider, who deploy Software & Techhnology solutions into Global Tier 1 Enterprise customers across EMEA and North America.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience and a track record of running end-to-end Software/Technology implementation projects for external customers, dealing with both senior customer stakeholders as well as cross functional teams internally to ensure the succcessful delivery.
Project vary in size and length from 6 weeks up to 12+ months, where some projects are feature upgrades and others are full end-to-end solution delivery from early stage customers.
This role can be based remotely anywhere in the Republic of ireland, however there is a Dublin City office for staff to get together when needed at different times of the year.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle using PMI or PRINCE2 methodologies, from initial scoping to final delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers and pre-sales consultants.
- Financial Oversight: Maintain strict financial control throughout the project, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and achievement of financial goals.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Post-project reflection to implement changes for future efficiency, while supporting pre-contract sales activities and identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce timelines.
