Stelfox is collaborating with an innovative U.S. company that leverages wasted/stranded energy to power their AI focus HPC data centers, which in turn gives compute, storage and networking services to enterprise clients via their own Cloud computing platform.
We are creating a new team from ground zero in Dublin for the Customer Support / escalation support side when engaging customers and ensuring they are onboarding and supported correctly when accessing and using the cloud platform.
As a Senior Cloud Support / Escalation manager, your role will be to establish a new team of Cloud support engineers and the support environment required to delivery on customer requests as they come in.
This initial team will be the manager plus 1-2 staff, growing to 7-10 staff in a short space of time as the company is on a fast growth trajectory globally.
We are looking for staff in this team that understand cloud operations / infrastructure like PaaS / IaaS / deployment services/apps to cloud environments or kubernetes via DC environment so experience around Cloud services (GCP. AWS, Azure), scripting/automation skills. Linux OS/admin, Kubernetes etc.
