Senior Business Analyst – Contract role
Stelfox has partnered with one of the largest financial institutions in the world, which offers a comprehensive range of banking, investing, asset management, and financial risk management products and services for individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and large corporations. Looking for multiple Senior Business Analyst on contract bases to join their team for both existing and new projects.
Role:
You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes defining the scope, requirements, and deliverables, conducting research and analysis, facilitating workshops and meetings, creating and validating models and documents, and ensuring quality and alignment with standards and best practices. You will collaborate closely with business users and development teams to create top-tier risk management and finance solutions.
It is 6-month rolling and long-term contracts, with contractors required to be based in Ireland for the duration. The working model is hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote each week (non-negotiable).
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience in requirement gathering, preparing documentation, stakeholder management etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Solid understanding of financial products, capital markets, and banking
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with work management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
