Job Title: (UI) Software Engineer

Stelfox is collaborating with an innovative Fintech company who are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer (UI) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing intuitive and responsive user interfaces that elevate the user experience of their software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless UI components using JavaScript (React), HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain high-quality front-end code that enhances usability and aesthetics.
- Implement responsive web design principles and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Utilize modern tools and frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, D3 for data visualization, and Cypress for E2E testing.
- Engage in Agile development processes, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with W3C accessibility standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong command of HTML, JavaScript (React), and CSS.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques, preferably with D3.
- Experience with unit testing and E2E testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Webpack, GitHub Actions, and RESTful APIs.
- A strong understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-notch software solutions.
