My client is seeking a skilled Onboarding Engineer to collaborate with strategic partners in deploying, integrating, and customising their cutting-edge platform. This hands-on technical role involves acting as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through the deployment process, optimising their workloads, and ensuring they maximise the platform's capabilities for success.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding partners through the deployment, onboarding, and configuration of white-labeled SaaS solutions.
  • Lead hands-on integration development, scoping and delivering partner-specific solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing technical support.
  • Work alongside Product teams to influence the roadmap based on partner feedback and technical needs.
  • Educate partners through workshops, best practices, and technical documentation to maximise platform value.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience working directly with partners in technical roles, with a strong track record in integration and deployment.
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of development experience with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Proficiency with modern tools like Docker, AWS, and Serverless frameworks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where your work directly impacts growth and success.
  • Knowledge of NodeJS, TypeScript, ExpressJS, React, and other modern frameworks.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, AWS certifications, or containerisation technologies.
