Lead Engineer - Cloud Backend

My client are a fast-growing company providing advanced software for dynamic, software-defined vehicles. Their solutions, used by a leading global OEM, are driving the digital transformation in automotive technology. Their diverse team consists of top technology and automotive specialists.

My client are looking for an experienced cloud backend engineer that will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will join their innovative team, where you'll design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services that power cloud-based automotive platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs using languages like Go.
Lead performance optimization efforts, ensuring high reliability and cost-efficiency in backend systems.
Implement secure, scalable microservices and serverless architectures.
Guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions that meet business goals.

Requirements:

8+ years of backend development experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in backend programming (Go, Java, Rust) and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimization and scaling.
Strong understanding of distributed systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Proven leadership in mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
