Stelfox is supporting a Managed Services Provider, who are extending out their business solutions divisions as they scope out, design and develop specific Microsoft based solutions across the SME market in Ireland, covering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft BI and other streams of projects across the Microsoft stack.
We are looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to get involved in client engagements across the various stages of the project cycle from scoping to functional design and supporting both the presales and implementation process where appliable.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:
- Engaging senior customer stakeholders on Microsoft CRM, Business applications and strategy.
- Own delivery for client engagements, across CRM implementations, application modernisation and digital transformations.
- Support the sales process through high-level solution development, delivery strategy and workshop delivery.
- Provide training to customers technical resources internally.
- Engage on research around system upgrades to establish feasibility, cost and time required when getting involved in client requests.
Preferred experience:
- Third level degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
- Previous background in Microsoft development / consulting as an engineer (developer or alternative technical roles) before moving into a client engagement / delivery orientated position.
- Ability to foster and build strong relationships both internally with technical teams as well as externally with client stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to faciliate presentations, training or equivalent where needed.
- Strong 'Can-do' and positive attitude to delivery for your customers.
