Director of Product Management

Director of Product Management - Full time, Permanent position - Flexible Hybrid (Cork/ Waterford)

This is an opportunity to lead a Product Management function within a global enterprise, leading a multi-tiered team with Senior Managers reporting into you. In this capacity there wont be any hands-on product management duties.

The ideal person for this role will be passionate about people and leading teams, with a strong background in Product-focused roles.

If you enjoy:

• The people management aspect within a product environment more than the hands-on product management responsibilities.
• Leading a function which executes on delivering amazing products for end clients.
• Being involved in the hiring process, talent gap identification and creating/ developing career development frameworks for product professionals.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams such as Agile coaches, UX Design, Software engineering etc.
• And facilitating workshops and coaching sessions to enhance technical & soft skills of chapter members...

Salary range for this role:

€105 - 120k + Annual bonus up to 20%.
