Stelfox is partnering with an established SaaS based Digital platform provider, that utilised the power of bundling product and services through their marketplace platform for the benefit of their global enterprise clients operating across the Telecommunications & IT industries.
The digital platform is designed to help businesses experiment, monetise and orchestrate new digital services with a growing network of partners while taking advantage of technologies such as Cloud, IoT, AI and more.
We are looking for a Product Owner with a customer first mindset in order to engage and bridge between direct enteprise clients and internal cross functional teams in order to help clients build a roadmap for our product.
You will attend client workshops to capture business needs and convert them to meaningful epics / user stories for delivery. You will also work closely with Development, QA and Project management to ensure that client needs are being understood met during engagements.
Preferred experience:
- 3-5 years experience in a Product Owner / or closely related role such as BA / PO or PM/PO combination when engaging with external clients.
- Ability to turn high level visions into well articulated product requirements.
- Strong planning, organisation and communication skills with the ability to listen, probe clients and articulate a vision or ideas clearly and concisely.
- Commercial / Business or outcomes value approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience working in a Software / Telco solutions or Consulting Tech companies, when engaging external partners or clients.
