Stelfox is partnering with a SaaS Platform provider, who are looking to add a Developer Support Engineer / Technical integration engineer to their Onboarding team.
We are looking for someone, who is both a coder / engineer and comfortable facing off with customer's technical teams as they provide APIs and documentation that makes it easier for customers to digest and use during the integration process.
The preference is for someone that can code in JavaScript / Nodejs / Typescript / learn to understand code / API's in order to provide L3 support around bug fixes or amending existing code.
This role will act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through the deployment process, optimising their workloads, and ensuring they maximise the platform's capabilities for success.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding partners through the deployment, onboarding, and configuration of white-labelled SaaS solutions.
- Lead integration development, scoping and delivering partner-specific solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing technical support.
- Work alongside Product teams to influence the roadmap based on partner feedback and technical needs.
- Provide APIs and documentation that make the customer's/partners journey to onboarding seamless and efficient.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical roles, with a strong track record in integration development / API Integration / Developer Support or similar roles.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience work with REST APIs and JSON or other standards
- Coding experience / knowledge of Javascript / Node.js / Typescript or similar is preferred.
- Proficiency with modern tools like Docker, Linux, AWS is also an advantage.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up/scale-up environment where your work directly impacts growth and success.
Please note, we are open to hiring this position as a Hybrid role or remote position in Ireland (with 1-2 visits per month/Quarter to office).
