Job opportunity: Application Support Engineer

 

Stelfox is collaborating with a client in the finance industry who are looking for a Application Support Engineer to join their team.

 

The role:

They are looking for someone to work closely with their most strategic partners as they deploy their platform, implement partner integrations and customisations. This is a hands-on technical role, where your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring their partners success.

 

What you will do:

  • Technical Advisor to Partners: Act as a key technical resource for partners, providing expert guidance on deploying, onboarding and configuring their SaaS services/products.
  • Hands-On Integration Development: Work closely with partners to scope, develop, deploy and deliver service/product integrations.
  • Support Onboarding and Post-Sales Engagements: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and provide technical support during the post-sales phase.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product teams to influence their roadmap based on customer feedback and technical requirements, ensuring continuous platform improvement.
  • Partner-Facing Education: Lead workshops and discussions to educate partners on the benefits of their features and how to best utilise the platform.
  • Partner onboarding knowledge base: Contribute to technical content such as partner integration and onboarding, APIs, customisations, FAQs and showcasing successful partner deployments and best practices.

 

What they are looking for:

  • Have a technical degree (computer science, math, engineering) or equivalent work experience.
  • Have 2+ years of development experience with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Possess technical knowledge in modern tools such as Docker, AWS, Serverless Application Model
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
